Territory Success Manager 

Providing Water Treatment Solutions for the Home Services Industry

About the Role

Plumber’s Choice Water Solutions is seeking a high-performing Territory Success Manager to drive growth through new account acquisition, contractor training, and ongoing account development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and can both sell and teach.

You will be responsible for expanding our footprint within your assigned territory by partnering with home service contractors (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and helping them successfully integrate our water treatment solutions—especially the Flow-Tech Anti-Scale System—into their business.


Core Responsibilities

1. New Account Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new contractor partners within your territory
  • Generate your own opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and networking
  • Present the value of Plumber’s Choice products, training, and support systems
  • Drive territory growth with clear revenue and account targets
  • Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot CRM

2. Training & Partner Enablement

  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for owners, managers, technicians, and CSRs
  • Educate partners on water treatment fundamentals, product positioning, and sales strategies
  • Support contractors in implementing systems that increase average ticket and close rates
  • Ensure partners are confident selling and installing our products

3. Account Growth & Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with contractor partners
  • Identify opportunities to expand product adoption within existing accounts
  • Provide ongoing support, follow-ups, and field coaching
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help partners grow revenue

4. Territory Ownership

  • Plan and execute regular travel throughout your territory
  • Track activity, performance, and account engagement in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, leadership)
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and partner meetings

  • Consistent addition of new contractor accounts
  • Strong engagement and retention of partners
  • Measurable revenue growth within your territory
  • High-quality, impactful training that drives partner results
  • Organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong preference for experience in home services, plumbing, HVAC, or water treatment
  • Ability to both sell and train (this is not a sit-behind-a-desk role)
  • Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning skills
  • Comfortable with travel (majority of role is in-field)
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
